Shipping Policy

As per our Shipping and Delivery Policy, Your order will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 14:00 between Monday to Friday (not including public holidays). If ordered after 14:00 between Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched the Next working day.

Shipping and Delivery Policy charges are applied during the checkout process. The delivery charges and order values include VAT.

Most of our deliveries are dispatched by a contracted carrier who will need a valid signature from someone aged 16 years or older for proof of delivery. If there is nobody present at the time of the delivery, a card will be left by the delivery person stating another attempt of delivery is to be made or details of the carrier’s local depot, from which you can make alternative arrangements. 4. In addition, Little ones universe marketplace is not responsible for any issues you may encounter while items you dispatch. That means if an item is lost, damaged, or arrives later than expected, as a seller you’re obliged to reimburse the buyer a full refund.
5. In the unlikely event and order does not arrive, be prepared to provide valid proof of dispatch. Valid proof of dispatch must show that the item actually was dispatched and that it was sent to the address provided by the buyer on Little ones universe marketplace. If a buyer does not receive their order, they may file a case against your shop.
